I understand that things can come up, so you can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. If it’s less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for the appointment

Confidentiality is essential to the counselling relationship, allowing you a safe place to work through personal issues. Your right to confidentiality will be carefully maintained and will not be disclosed without your written permission, except in cases of possible harm to yourself or others (especially children or the vulnerable).

I offer a free 10 minute telephone consultation to see if I am the best person to help you.
There are no minimum or maximum numbers of sessions that you can attend. This can be determined on an individual basis.
ALL counselling sessions are 55 minutes in length and cost £40.00 per session (£50 per couple).
I offer longer sessions when appropriate and based on availability.
These sessions must be paid in advance on-line before the appointment. Acceptable forms of payment include BACS, credit/debit cards and PayPal.
